Tuesday – All Core & Strength :6:15am, 9:00am, 12:00pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
Wednesday: 6:15am, 9:00am,12:00pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
Thursday:6:15am, 9:00am,12:00pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm and 5:30 Core & Strength
Friday: 6:15am, 9:00am, 12:00pm, 1:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am Olympic Lifting, 10:00am Open Gym

Specialty Classes:
Barbell Class/Oly Lifting:(focus on Olympic Lifting – Snatch/Clean&Jerk) Sat 9:00am
Core & Strength: (focus on high intensity bodyweight exercises) All Classes on Tuesday and Thursday 5:30pm

 

PAYMENT PACKAGES:

ALL PACKAGES START ON DATE OF PURCHASE
x2/Week-$175/Month: You must attend 2 classes per week for 4 weeks. (Crossfit/Core & Strength/Olympic Lift)
Unlimited $240/Month: You may register for unlimited classes per week for 1 month. (Crossfit/Core & Strength/Olympic Lift)
10 Session Package $245/3 Months:  You may pick any classes and come as many times a week as you would like (expires in 3 months)
20 Session Package $460/5 Months: You may pick any classes and come as many times a week as you would like (expires in 5 months).
6 Month Unlimited Package $1325: You may pick any classes come as many times per week as you would like, for 6 months.
1 Year Unlimited Package $2550: You may pick any class and come as many times per week as you would like, for 1 year.

Drop in rate – $30 per class

Personal Development Sessions: $55 for 30min / $80 for 60 min
