CrossFit Training is a unique training programme that builds strong peer relationships while building strong bodies. A strength and conditioning exercise programme that works for all fitness levels, CrossFit workouts are constantly varied and involve functional movements at a high intensity. All sessions are scaled to the individual even though participants work as a group. CrossFit is for anyone, any age and any fitness level.
At LifeThyme CrossFit, we work with individuals to lead them on a path to greater health, fitness and overall wellness. Our trainers share a vision to educate, inspire and support our community in optimal health and well-being.. Our goal is to create a truly unique wellness experience that will leave you feeling strong and healthy.

Meet the team:
Taylor brings his experience as a competitive Triathlete, CrossFit athlete, and CrossFit coach to everything he does at LifeThyme. His training techniques result in increased mobility and strength. He focuses on working with each athlete to move from core to extremity and encourages them to achieve their own personal successes. As a Massage Therapist, Taylor specializes in neuromuscular therapy and sports massage. He uses his knowledge in physiology and kinesiology to assist in injury prevention and recovery and for putting together an individualized treatment plan for each client.

CrossFit Goal Setting
Henry has been involved in coaching team sports for many years at the youth and adult levels. He now combines the knowledge gained from those experiences with CrossFit principles in his training at LifeThyme. He is keen to encourage others to develop their strength and movement in tandem and take on new challenges. As a CrossFit Kids trainer Henry specializes in encouraging children of all ages to be active and build fundamental physical skills and attributes that will carry them through their lives.
